At House of Tara, we carefully prepare every order to ensure quality and accuracy.
Processing Time
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days.
- Processing time may be longer during launches, sales, or high-volume periods.
Pre-Orders
- Some items are offered as pre-orders.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, shipping timelines may depend on that item’s availability.
Combined Orders / Hold Policy
- If a customer places multiple orders, we may combine and hold shipment until all items are available, so everything can be delivered together.
- This helps reduce split shipments and ensures complete delivery.
- If you need a partial shipment sooner, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist (additional shipping charges may apply).
Shipping Confirmation
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation (and tracking details, if available).
Incorrect Shipping Details
- Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect/incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Lost Packages:
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS. Once your order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or building management. Customers are required to file a claim directly with USPS after the required waiting period (typically 15–20 days).
We are happy to assist you with the claim process, refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
In case of lost packages, a claim must be filed with the carrier. Once the claim is approved and confirmed by the carrier, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution.
